Jacob Helman is a Senior Data Analytics Consultant and the Lead Technical Engineer for Resilient Analytics, Inc. Jacob specializes in energy demand modeling in buildings as well as leading the technical analysis of climate impact data. Jacob has lead several major initiatives for Resilient Analytics including the development of rail and building impact modules. He is currently leading an effort to quantify impacts on coastal communities due to sea level rise and storm surge. Jacob came to Resilient Analytics after receiving his Master of Science degree in architectural engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and his Bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Matt Huddleston is a Senior Data Analytics Consultant and the lead engineering systems analyst for Resilient Analytics, Inc. Matt specializes in building systems modeling and is a lead client manager. Matt came to Resilient Analytics after working as an engineer for leading consulting companies and receiving his Bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Anna Poulton is a Data Analyst and the lead GIS developer for Resilient Analytics. Anna specializes in mapping social impacts of climate change as well as focusing on natural adaptations. Anna comes to Resilient Analytics after working as a landscape designer after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Jake Norris is a Data Analyst and the lead adaptation specialist for Resilient Analytics. Jake specializes in natural adaptations to climate change with particular emphasis on building and energy adaptations. Jake comes to Resilient Analytics after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder in environmental design.
Jorge Vargas is a Data Analyst and leads the green infrastructure area for Resilient Analytics. Jorge specializes in determining new coastal and water infrastructure adaptations for RA clients. Jorge comes to Resilient Analytics after doing data analysis for environmental non-profits and graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder in environmental engineering.
Pierce Holloway is a Data Analyst Consultant and leads the planning area for Resilient Analytics. Pierce specializes in looking at the planning implications to municipalities from climate change. Pierce has worked extensively in impacts from urban heat island effects and land use. Pierce comes to Resilient Analytics after graduating from the University of North Carolina with a MA in City and Regional Planning.
Dr. Galia Guentchev is the lead Climate Science Consultant and lead for the climate science area for Resilient Analytics. Galia specializes in climate modeling and applying climate models to diverse applications. Galia came to Resilient Analytics after working for almost 7 years at the world-renowned United Kingdom Met Office, where she was a Senior Applied Climate Scientist. Galina has more than 15 years of climate change research and professional experience in a consulting environment, providing climate data and information to organizations and businesses in the following sectors: water resources, agriculture, defense, insurance, oil and gas industry, transport, and health. Galia received her PhD in climate science from Michigan State University.
